Made an order to be delivered that day. They called to say they couldn’t fulfill order which was annoying but ok. Arranged delivery for the following day and then out of the blue they whatsapp me to say they’ve cancelled my order. Tried to get in touch but they talk in circles. Awful customer service. Do not recommend. Took forever to respond to you, did not make the delivery time, and am still fighting real hard to get my refund back a month after they said a refund will be done. Just save yourself the trouble and get it elsewhereLinda Tan
I'm giving 1 star with this review only because it is not possible to give 0! Ordered a bouquet for my Dad in hospital, paid double ($268!) as it was Valentine's/CNY, and flowers never arrived. Despite calling them no refund offered and no reasons given for non-delivery.

Had a very disappointing experience with FlowerAdvisor on Valentine’s day sadly.
Ordered a bouquet of roses at least a day in advance - on the following day I was only informed at 4pm that there were no roses available. They offered to substitute with lilies/snapdragon. Unfortunately that wasn’t a suitable substitute and acceptable for a bouquet of red roses on Valentine’s day. Other color or types of roses would have been okay.
It is worth noting they offered a full refund and to send ‘apology flowers’. However, i’m still very upset as they chose to inform me so late till I had no options left.
Being countries apart, this was one of the few things i could have done for my girlfriend on Valentine’s day and i trusted FlowerAdvisor but sadly it was very misplaced.
I’m writing this review to warn others that there is a chance this could happen to you as well. Being very fair, i stated that they did try to make it right as well. However, they clearly accept more orders than they can fulfill. If the happiness of your loved one means more than money to you; you might be better looking elsewhere to get your flowers. If you are willing to bear the small possibility this may happen - it is your choice to make.
You have been warned.

I ordered a customized hand bouquet to be sent to Sydney for my friend's birthday. The process was very easy and efficient. The website is easy to use and my friend received her birthday bouquet on time. Although the flowers that I initially wanted were not available, the customer service informed me for alternatives and was very patient with my request. My friend was very happy with the bouquet. Thank you for making sending flowers overseas hassle free, I will definitely order from you again.
