Delivery people lazy and calculating!!! Disgusted with their attitude when they deliver 2 chairs which they refused to bring them to the second floor! What kind of service Harvey Norman has! The last time they send 2 lights to my house, they were broken in the packing! And the stands were glued instead of screwed and naturally, they come off after a while! It will be my last time buying from Harvey Norman!

Horrible customer service. Across the board with Harvey Norman. I went to the Sun City location to print a photo. Somehow all 4 of their self service kiosks were broken and the staffed service desk itself was "broken". They told me to go to the MilleniaWalk location to print. Got there and I was told they weren't doing any more printing today (they decided to close up half an hour early). Waste of an hour of my time. I'll spare myself future visits to this chain.

pitiful customer service experience when buying Sealy mattress!
We have tried a mattress in store, bought a feeling (this is the purpose of a mattress!)and have been offered 2 free gifts (as per promo in store), but when the brand new mattress arrived out home, the feeling was DRASTICALLY different. We are not talking about a small difference but a complete different feeling (a super firm mattress, vs a softer in store). When back to the store to complain, have been redirected to the manufacturer Sealy (why? We bought at Harvey Normann), who intended to find a laundry list of excuses for not refunding the said mattress. We had to go again to the store and had to ask if the small claims will be necessary, and they finally accepted to refund...but as we were not having the boxes of the free gifts with us any longer, we had to pay for the free gift...!!!!(that we most probably would have never bought in other circumstances), we hv been clearly taken as hostage between HN and Sealy! No trust at all in none of the brand for sure!

The older Asian lady selling Fitbits was in such a bad mood, that we decided to walk away and look for the Fitbit at another mall. Beautiful thing ABO t Singapore - there is always another mall next door
